Photohunt: Strings

Photobucket
These strings add to the burden of the people by increasing the controversial systems loss.

And you know what's even more irritating? A friend told me a story in his own area where his father called the electric company to report such illegal electrical connections. When the inspector came to check and thus "relieve" the thieves of their illegally procured electricity, he kept mouthing off the words "Don't blame me, your neighbors called to tell on you." Tsk... tsk.

The irritating and inconsiderate stuff some people do :(

That would be annoying and I can't believe the inspected saying the neighbors reported them. Good shot for the theme.

And they didn't get arrested? They are lucky no one got electrocuted.

oh!!! it's so sad that these things still happen. not fair to most people who are honest enough to pay for their electric bill no matter how expensive it is!
and for the inspector: a big GRRRR!!

What a stupid thing for the inspector to say. If that is not against the electric company's policy then it should be.

Fabulous take and shot on the theme.

@napaboaniya: How true...

@carver: Thanks... yeah, I suppose people will say anything not to look bad.

@alice: Hard enough arresting everyone, they don't have money to pay if they get prosecuted anyway. I guess the electric company figured it's not worth the effort, their passing on the burden to the consumers anyway.

@kaycee: Yeah... happens all the time.

@baker: I bet it is... thanks for coming by :)

@liz: Yeah, it is dangerous! I saw it spark up a couple of times already.

@momisodes: I'm not sure, they end up without electricity for a day or 2, then i see them with tv's blaring and all is normal in the world again. Thanks btw!
